Chicago Trip

What a GREAT weekend in Chicago! This past weekend we took our yearly trip to Chicago to hang with my brother. We had beautiful weather, great for shopping and great for enjoying the town. Friday night we arrived and hit the town, we ate at my favorite The Cheese Cake Factory and then headed up to the 96th floor for some drinks (the view was unbelievable) then we headed down to Rush St for some bar hoppin. Saturday the girls shoppped all day and the boys never left ESPN needless to say they had a big head start on a buzz for the night. Then we had a nice dinner and hit up a comedy show which was super funny. Sunday we viewed a condo that my brother was interested in, had bunch, and then headed home. We had a great time, looking forward to next year!!!!

School Days (I Can't believe it!)

Today was the first day of Pre-School and it went great! Wow, where did the time go it seems like yesterday we were bringing Ruby home from the hospital and now she is such a little lady going to school. I was a little worried that she would have a hard time because she is such a mommy's girl but to my surprise she was ready as ever to go all by herself. She was so proud of herself when we got home she had to call daddy and tell him that "I went to pre-school all by myself and so did Macky, Reagan, Aiden, ......... and I didn't even cry!". It is so awesome to watch our little Rubz turning into a beautiful young lady! We love you!!!!!!!!

After we dropped Ruby off to school Thomas asked me "Where'd Buby go?" I think he is going to be a little lost without his big sis but it will be nice to have some one on one time with him. Before we know it he'll be there too!

Grandma and Grandpa Becker's Bonfire

Here are a few photos from Becker's Bonfire to kick off the Fall! We all had a really great time, the fire was huge as usually, and the weather couldn't of been better. Thanks to the Becker's for throwing another great party. Big thanks to Aunt Jaci too for keeping the kids busy with Arts and Crafts hour!!

Best Friends!!

Ruby and Reagan are so funny together!! They already share clothes, shoes, and hair pretties. These girls are like 3 going to 16. With the summer coming to an end the girls will still see eachother at preschool and dance class. Hopefully they will save the DRAMA until 16!!!!

Can you say Spoiled!!!!

Grandma Diane took Ruby school shopping and so she gave us a fashion show with all her new clothes, she is so excited for school she can't wait.

She also had her first pedicure last weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge. They have a kids spa which is so cute and she had a Chocolate pedicure (Lucky). She enjoyed it very much so I have a feeling she will be asking to go to K & K's pretty soon!!!!

Great Wolf Lodge

This past weekend Tom had to work up north so the we decided to meet up with him and go to the The Great Wolf Lodge. My parents, the kids, and I headed up saturday morning and played all day in the water park, it was great! Sunday Tom was able to enjoy a day at the park with the kids too. We had a great time!

Fun on the Fourth

We all were very tired after a long day at the Lake and a night of fireworks! Tom, Tommy, and Ruby were all sleeping by the end of the show. It's hard to believe that yet another 4th of July has past, but looking forward to the rest of the summer!
